The mission of ECOLOGIC is to become the global leader of bio-fuels and “green” energy solutions by providing cost effective energy solutions for reducing CO2 emissions from the atmosphere for a cleaner and safer environment and to maximize our economic benefit in the process.

About us
ECOLOGIC is involved in numerous aspects of the bio-fuel and renewable energy business. The company’s experience and expertise is in the development of high-quality grade bio-fuels that include Bio-Diesel and Ethanol through the use of various efficient engineering processes. ECOLOGIC intends on building at least two production facilities of similar size and capacity of our current plant starting in 2008.

Mr. Nikolas Papadopoulos, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Papadopoulos is the co-founder and initial investor of Ecologic. In the past Mr. Papadopoulos prior to ECOLOGIC was managing a private investment fund for venture capital investments mostly in the technology sector and renewable energy markets.

Mr. Vincenzo Borgogna, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Borgogna was the former Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Parmalat in Central America. Mr. Borgogna has also worked at various prestigious financial institutions such as HSBC, CITIBANK and Boston Consulting. He has vast experience in negotiating and forming agreements in Central and South America where the company expects to expand.

Mr. Luca Giussani, Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Luca Giussani was the co-founder of Ursus Telecom Corporation, NASDAQ: NMS:UTCC served as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr Giussani served as an advisor to some developing countries for the restructuring of their foreign debt, as well as Chief Economic Consultant to Mr. Gianni De Michelis, Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs and to several large state owned Italian contractors specialized in the construction of power plants.

Mr. Costantine Dimitriou, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dimitriou was formerly working at the IFC, World Bank. Mr. Dimitriou has also worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London as their Principal Banker and responsible for the energy sector of Russia mainly for oil and gas. Mr. Dimitriou during his earlier career also worked at Andersen Consulting, Chase Manhattan Bank and Lehman Brothers in their finance and banking sectors.
